1. Why does Pond’s Age Miracle concentrate on only 2 signs of skin aging (age spots & wrinkles)?
Based on a Global Anti-aging Study, age spots & wrinkles are the 2 skin aging signs that women are concerned of. Lighter skinned women (ie. Caucasians) are more prone to fine lines & wrinkles while darker skinned women (ie. Asians) are more prone to get skin pigmentation or age spots as they age. 2. But does Pond’s Age Miracle also target other signs of skin aging?

3. Is there a way for me to prove that Pond’s Age Miracle works?

4. Do I need to use all the products in the Pond’s Age Miracle line?
The Cream is a very powerful, that can be used alone. However if you decide to use other Anti-aging formats (facial foam, toner, serum & eye cream) aside from the cream, it would be best to use complementary Pond’s Age Miracle products with CLA as its active ingredient as well. It is recommended that you not mix products with different active ingredients. Active ingredients can either negate or neutralize/ offset the effect of each other when mixed. Allergic reactions can also result in mixing products with different active ingredients.

5. How do I use Pond’s Age Miracle?
Directions on how to use the 7 products are as follows:

Toner	150 mL	After washing the face in the morning and evening, apply to a cotton pad then gently wipe the face from the bottom upwards. For best results, use in tandem with PAM Cream.
MUR	150 mL	After using make-up during the day or evening, apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe the face from the bottom upwards. Wash the face with PAM facial foam after. For best results, use in tandem with PAM Cream.
Cream	30 mL	Apply daily, twice a day, on face & neck after cleansing your face in the morning and evening, avoiding eye contour. For best results, use in tandem with PAM range.
Cream	50 mL	Apply daily, twice a day, on face & neck after cleansing your face in the morning and evening, avoiding eye contour. For best results, use in tandem with PAM range.
Serum	30 mL	After cleansing face during morning or evening (before applying moisturizer), apply on face and neck, avoiding eye contour. For best results, use in tandem with PAM Cream.
Eye Cream	15 mL	After cleansing face during morning or evening, dab a small amount around and under the eyes. Stimulate skin by using the ring finger to gently rub eye cream. For best results, use in tandem with PAM range.

6. How often can I use Pond’s Age Miracle?
The products can be used as often as desired but products are recommended to be used twice daily, during the morning and evening.

7. What is the correct amount of Pond’s Age Miracle Cream to be used?
On average we need about 0.5-0.7 gram or 2 to 3 strokes of cream per application per face. But you would really be the best judge of the correct amount of the product per application as it is dependent on a number of factors like your skin type and the size of the area.

8. How long will 1 bottle of Pond’s Age Miracle Cream last?
A 50ml bottle of Pond’s Age Miracle Cream will last for 2 months while the 30ml bottle will last for 1 month."

9. Should I use Pond’s Age Miracle only for 7 days because it can cure skin aging in 7 days?
It will not cure skin aging in 7 days, you can see visible effects as early as 7 days.

10. What happens when after prolonged usage a person stops using it altogether?
After usage is stopped, skin aging process will continue as before using the product. No product can promise permanent effects. Products must be used continuously to get continuous results. Without use of PAM, skin aging will be as fast as before you started to use the products. With PAM, skin aging can definitely be delayed or slowed down.

11. Will prolonged use of Ponds Age Miracle cause side effect?
CLA is commonly found in many food ingredients such as milk, cheese, meat and naturally occurring lipid. It works with skin natural process and proven to be safe for extended period of use.
Moreover, Ponds Age Miracle has been tested by more than 600 respondents and dermatologists, as well as extensively in a laboratory, to be proven safe for normal use.

12. What is the difference between the Cream and Serum?
Other than its active ingredient CLA, the Cream contains broad spectrum SPF 15 UVA ++, to protect skin from harmful UV rays. The serum on the other hand was designed to give extra nourishment and treatment on wrinkles with 300x more Micro Collagen. Thus, combination of the two will give you a very powerful treatment and protection against skin aging.

13. What is the difference between Eye Cream and Cream?
The eye cream was designed as an extra treatment to supplement the cream. It has a light feel to pamper the eye area. Thus, we recommend you to use the eye cream in conjunction with the cream to ensure you get the most benefit. Cream must be used on the side of the eyes with lots of lines & wrinkles. Eye Cream must be used under and on top of eye lids.

14. Can we use the Cream on skin around eye area?
Please avoid eye contour but you can apply the cream on the crows feet area (at the side near the end of the eyes where normally fine lines appear). Please ensure to avoid contact with eye. If such contact occurs, please rinse with clean water thoroughly. "

15. How to best apply toner? Can a cotton pad absorbed with toner and cover the eyes for a while? Can we use toner on around eye area?
Pore the toner on the cotton pad and gently apply and rub on your face upward direction and around eye area but the product is not designed for eye mask.

16. Why do we have to use Facial Foam after Make-up Remover?
After using make up remover, the skin will feel oily. The Facial Foam will remove the remaining oil on the skin, leave fresh feeling and clean. If you don’t use heavy make up, you may just use facial foam.

17.What is the best way to apply Serum?
Serum is designed to have light feel and to be used before applying the cream. Let the serum be absorbed completely before you apply the cream.

18. Can I use Pond’s Age Miracle with other face products with active ingredients?
It is recommended that you not mix Ponds Age Miracle products with other face care products that have active ingredients. Active ingredients can either negate or neutralize/ offset the effect of each other when mixed. Allergic reaction can also result in mixing products with active ingredients. It is best to use the Pond’s Age Miracle Range for all your skin care format needs.

19. Can I also use Pond’s Age Miracle on other parts of by body?
The PAM products are designed to care for the face and is recommended for face and neck area only.

20. Does massaging help make the active absorbed better?
Gentle massage helps improve blood circulation, exercise facial muscles, improve skin complexion. It may help the active to be absorbed. Do it using upward circular movements till the product covers the area evenly."

21. Can I use make-up after using Pond’s Age Miracle products?
Yes. All PAM SKUs are non greasy and fast absorbing. Let products dry and set in before putting on make-up.

22. Can we use Pond’s Age Miracle on sensitive skin? Would this cause allergy?
Ponds Age Miracle has been tested by more than 600 respondents and proven to be safe and unlikely to cause irritation under normal usage conditions. CLA is non-irritating ingredient and will work with your skin naturally.
If you have a history of skin allergy or other skin disorders in the past however, it is always best to consult a dermatologist before applying the cream. Tips for easy and quick test: Apply a small amount of PBCB on the inside of the elbow and wait for immediate signs of irritation. (rashes, redness, itch).

23. What if I get allergic reactions or pimples from using Pond’s Age Miracle?
PAM contains non-irritating ingredients, thus, it would not normally result in a break out. However, in the unlikely event that allergic reactions/ pimples appear, consider the following factors since allergic reactions/ pimples may be caused by a number of reasons:

a. Make sure to keep your face always clean especially before applying PASRL.
b. Proper rest and sleep should be observed.
c. Other face care products may be causing allergic reactions or a pimple outbreak. Try to isolate each product that you are using to see which may be causing these symptoms.

24. Why do I feel a slight tingling sensation when I apply Pond’s Age Miracle?
As the formulation works on your skin a slight tingling sensation maybe felt. If extreme discomfort is felt, stop use and consult a doctor or contact the Pond’s Institute at 588-7888 in GMA and 1-800-1-888-7663 anywhere in the Philippines.

25. Would its effectiveness differ on different skin types?
The CLA technology will work with your skin to enhance its natural process. Our studies reveal that Ponds Age Miracle is effective on different skin types.

26. Can I use even if I have oily & acne prone skin?
Yes. All PAM SKUs are non greasy and fast absorbing. It will not make oil build up. Also, It is proven to be safe & non-irritating for all skin types even for acne prone skin.

27. What is the minimum age to start using Pond’s Age Miracle?
As any other anti-aging product, we recommend this for woman of 25+ years of age. But the product may also be used by 18-24 years old if they insist.

28. Can PAM be used by pregnant women?
Yes.

29. What is the expiry of Pond’s Age Miracle?
Under normal usage conditions, Ponds Age Miracle is best used within 2 years after the date of manufacture.

31. How do you store the opened bottle/jar? Should I keep it in the refrigerator? Away from light?
As most normal cosmetics, please keep the container tightly close and dry conditions at room temperature (approximately 25°). Refrigeration is not needed. Avoid direct exposure to heat and sunlight. The product has been formulated and packed in special packaging to protect the goodness and efficacy of the product during its life time.
