Responsible for managing a team through achieving goals, developing and implementing sales plans and activities.
University graduate;
With at least 3-year work experience in sales;
Preferably with a proven sales track record;
Ability to speak Fookien and/or Mandarin, an advantage; and,
Willing to be based in Visayas or Mindanao.
Responsible for providing financial planning services to a cluster of BDO branches using Generali Pilipinas' life insurance products and services.
University graduate;
Preferably with sales experience gained from an insurance, real estate or pharmaceutical industry;
Ability to speak Fookien and/or Mandarin, an advantage; and,
Willing to be based in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao.
GROUP LIFE BUSINESS
Group Insurance Operations
Responsible in Group policy documentation, issuance and maintenance.
With at least 1-year work experience in providing backroom or front-end support on group medical insurance processing;
With strong customer service orientation;
Organized, disciplined and can work with minimal supervision; and,
Preferably a graduate of a medical course with good scholastic records.
Group Sales
Responsible for developing new business for the Companys group insurance products through direct sales negotiations, insurance brokers and agency force.
University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Marketing, Economics, Accounting or other related courses;
With at least 2-year work experience in Account Management servicing brokers and agencies;
Must have good interpersonal skills - able to collaborate with people and work effectively in a team
Effective verbal and written communications skills; and,
Willing to be based in Makati or Cebu.
OPERATIONS
New Business & Life Underwriting
SENIOR UNDERWRITER
Responsible for ensuring quality and profitable life business.
University graduate with a degree in any business related courses;
Preferably with medical background;
At least 5-year experience in new business and life underwriting;
Analytical, thorough and keen attention to details; and,
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
SHARED SERVICES
Actuarial
Responsible in developing analyses, strategies and solutions addressing the wide range of risk financing issues of the Company.
University graduate with a degree in Mathematics or Statistics and with specialization in Actuarial Studies;
With at least 1-year work experience and preferably has taken one Society of Actuaries exam;
Has the ability to multi-task, work effectively in a fast-paced team environment; and,
Can work with minimal supervision, highly trainable and with good work attitude.
Finance
Responsible for providing support in Cash Flow Management, Pension Funding, Financial Reports and Internal Control Risk Management.
University graduate with a degree in Accounting or other related discipline;
At least 1-year work experience in Investment Accounting;
Analytical, flexible, and can work under minimum supervision;
Must be keen to details and can work in a fast paced environment; and,
Knowledge of industry practices and insurance regulations, an advantage.
Information Technology
Responsible to monitor the network and periodically update security measures and procedures.
- University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Computer Studies;
- At least 3-year work experience in network administration, information security management of business applications & systems; and,
- Relevant experience in insurance systems applications is an advantage.
Responsible for providing operational support on AS400 systems and applications.
University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Computer Studies;
At least 3-year work experience in database administration or information security management of business applications and systems;
Knowledge on SMART400, Query, SQL, CL programming, Polisy400 and Life/Asia, an advantage;
Relevant experience in insurance systems applications, an advantage; and,
Organized, assertive, with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and customer-focused.
At least two years experience in life insurance operations or similar industry
Working experience on any life insurance administration system (e.g. CAPS-I-L, I-90, Ingenium, LifePRO, Life/Asia, Polisy/400, LifeLines, etc.)
Exposure to Multi-platform, Multi-OS, Multi-Language-database environments
Working knowledge on any of the following:
i. Legacy Systems, web application development and maintenance
ii. Mainframe, midrange, client server platform
iii. Knowledge in COBOL preferred
iv. DB2, MsSQL, MySql
v. Middleware (Websphere, MQ series)
Responsible for providing administration and operational support on AS/400 systems and applications.
- University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Computer Studies;
- With at least 3-year extensive work experience in AS400 administration & operations;
- Organized, assertive, with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and customer focused;
- Effective verbal & written communication and documentation skills; and,
- Relevant experience in insurance systems applications is an advantage
Responsible for developing high level systems analysis.
- University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Computer Studies or any other business related courses;
- At least 2-year experience in life insurance operations or similar industry;
- Effective verbal & written communication and documentation skills;
- Organized, assertive, with good interpersonal skills, self-driven and customer focused; and,
- Relevant experience in insurance systems applications is an advantage.
Responsible for developing high-level web-based business applications.
University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Engineering, Computer Studies or other business related courses;
With at least 2-year work experience in life insurance operations or similar industry;
Working experience on any life insurance administration system;
Exposure to Multi-platform, Multi-OS, Multi-Language database environments; and,
Experience on JSE, JEE, HTML, Java Scripts (Struts or Spring/Hibernate).
Responsible for providing administration and technical support on service users and network infrastructure of the Company.
- University graduate with a degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Computer Studies;
- At least 3-year work experience in support and troubleshooting of back office hardware and software;
- Effective verbal & written communication and documentation skills; and,
- Relevant experience in insurance systems applications is an advantage.
Legal & Compliance
Responsible for providing support in legal services, compliance monitoring and corporate secretarial work.
University graduate with a degree in Legal Management or Commerce major in Accounting;
At least 1-year work experience in corporate legal practice, law office or auditing/accounting firm;
With basic knowledge in business law and audit
Above average in written and verbal communication skills; and,
Organized and analytical.
