Generali Pilipinas appoints Derek Chan as New President & CEOThe Board of Directors of Generali Pilipinas Holding Company, Inc. has appointed Mr. Derek Chan as Director and Treasurer effective July 17, 2008. Mr. Chan was also appointed Director, President and CEO of Generali Pilipinas Insurance Company (GPIC) and Generali Pilipinas Life Assurance Company (GPLAC). He succeeds Daniel T. Daly, who served both companies for three years.
